Shipping and delivery

Here is how we prepare your order and deliver it to you.

Where we deliver

We deliver within Saudi Arabia, to addresses served by the delivery companies we work with.

Shipping fees

Shipping fees are shown before you pay and depend on your address and the delivery method. Once an order has shipped, shipping fees are refunded only when the item is defective or not what you ordered, or the mistake was ours.

How long it takes

We prepare every order especially for you, so it needs time to prepare before we hand it to the delivery company. The expected time is shown before you pay; it is an estimate and starts when your payment is confirmed.

Your delivery address

Make sure your address and mobile number are correct before you pay, because the delivery company contacts you on them. If delivery fails because of incorrect details, you pay the cost of sending it again.

Tracking your order

You can follow your order's status from My orders, and we send you updates as it moves.

When it arrives

The item becomes your responsibility once it is delivered to the address you gave. Check the parcel when you receive it, and tell us about any visible damage within 7 days, with clear photos.

If delivery fails

If the delivery company cannot deliver your order after its attempts and it comes back to us, we contact you to send it again at your cost. If you do not reply within 14 days of our message, we may cancel the order, and shipping fees and what we spent preparing it are not refunded.
