Terms and conditions
These are the terms for buying from our store. By completing your order you accept them, along with our Shipping and delivery and Returns and cancellations policies.
Who we are
We are an online store selling our products through this website. You can find how to reach us at the bottom of the store's pages.
Products and prices
Product photos and descriptions are for illustration, and the item you receive may differ slightly in colour, size or detail.
Prices are in Saudi riyals and include VAT where it applies, and shipping fees are shown before you pay. We may change prices at any time; your order is charged at the price shown when you pay.
Ordering and payment
Your order is confirmed once you have paid and received our confirmation.
We may decline or cancel any order, for example after an error in a price or description, when an item cannot be prepared, or when an order looks irregular; we then refund everything you paid.
Cancelling an order
Every item is prepared especially for your order, so an order can only be cancelled after payment with our approval, as our Returns and cancellations page explains.
Shipping, returns and your data

The limits of our liability
Preparation and delivery times are estimates, and we are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control. If your order is more than 15 days late from payment, or from the later date shown at checkout, you may cancel for a full refund, and we tell you if we expect a delay.
As far as the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for any indirect loss.
Our content
The store's text, images and designs are ours and may not be copied or used without our permission.
Your account
Your account is linked to your mobile number. The code we send is for you alone, so never share it, and you are responsible for orders placed from your account. You can ask us to close your account at any time.
Complaints and governing law
Send your complaint with your order number through the contact details on this site, and we will reply and do our best to resolve it quickly. You may also complain to the Ministry of Commerce. These terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia and do not reduce any right that cannot be waived under them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms at any time, and any update applies to orders placed after it.
