This page explains what data we collect when you shop with us, why, who we share it with, and your rights over it.

What we collect, and why

• Your mobile number: you sign in with it using a code we send, and we contact you on it about your order.
• Your name and address: so we can deliver your order.
• Your email, if you add one: we send your order confirmation and its updates to it.
• Your orders: the items, the amounts and each order's status, so we can prepare your order and help you after it.

We do not keep your card details. Payment is handled by the payment provider you choose.

We do not use your number or email for marketing without your consent, and you can stop it at any time.

Who we share your data with

We share only what is needed to complete your order, and we never sell your data:

• The delivery company: your name, mobile number and address, so it can deliver your order.
• The payment provider: what it needs to complete your payment.
• The service providers that run the store: such as hosting and messaging, only as far as needed to run the store and serve you, and under a duty to protect your data.
• The authorities: where the law requires it.

Measurement and advertising tools

We may use measurement and advertising tools from other companies to understand visits to the store and measure our ads. They may use cookies, which you can control in your browser's settings.

Keeping your data, and your rights

We keep your data for as long as we need it to serve you and fulfil your orders, and for as long as the law requires, and we protect it with appropriate measures.

Under Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law you can ask what we hold about you and why, ask for a copy of it, and ask us to correct it, or to delete it once it is no longer needed. Contact us for any of these. You can withdraw your consent at any time. When we no longer need your data, we delete it or anonymise it.
